Our history is rooted in the hard work of physical labor, the precision of Cleanliness, the logistics of junk removal and hauling, and the dedication of outstanding customer service.
Owner and Operations Management
Johnny Hoban
John Hoban iis originally from Camarillo, California and his early expertise in Logistics and Moving & Storage laid the groundwork for effective hauling and scheduling. Following service as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, he developed the grit and determination to manage any challenge.
He has extensive experience in property infrastructure and project management, having worked in HVAC estimation, Services, bathroom remodels, and specialized agricultural build-outs. This diverse hands-on experience ensures a deep understanding of cleanup, hauling, Junk removal, and safety.
Before launching The Cleanup Collective LLC, John specialized in new business development and operations for over 15 retail locations, where he mastered the swift, high-volume turnover essential for commercial properties.
Owner and Sales Management
Damarious Jackson
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Damarious Jackson brings a strong background in leadership, sales management, and hands-on operations.
With experience ranging from defense contracting and plumbing to managing top-performing outside sales teams in Oregon, Damarious has built a career on reliability, relationship-building, and results. A graduate of Lakeland College with a degree in Business Management, he has led teams that achieved multi-million-dollar growth, earning recognition as a top sales manager and account leader.
